Houghton NYC, chic, edgy and luxurious, for the non-traditional and minimalist bride and inspired by Katharine Hepburn, Bianca Jagger and Patti Smith.
The Cheyne is minimalist, feminine and edgy. A beautiful ivory silk gown with an open back. The arm length and skirt length have been cropped, creating a more modern look. The length also means that the dress is preserved as it was not trodden upon at all. It was light and felt luxurious and comfortable to wear.

Alterations
- I am 164cm without shoes, and usually between a 6-8
- It has cups tacked inside, although these could easily be removed and a stick on bra used
- I found the cups great, however, as I didn't have to worry about them unsticking
- Mentioned above, the skirt and arm length have been cropped - see photos - for a more modern look
- All alterations were completed by Parisima, a tailoring studio
