This dress is truly beautiful. It’s one of those dresses that leaves you feeling perfect before you’ve even added hair and make up. It has that boho vibe my husband and I wanted, while still being elegant. The lace is so delicate and intricate - the best I found (and I tried on other Lovers Society, Rue de Seine and Grace Loves Lace dresses - which in no way felt as well finished as this dress). It’s designed so well that even though it’s form fitting, I felt secure and super comfortable in the dress. It’s weighty enough that it doesn’t show every lump and bump. It’s off white and has a silk slip in nude. I didn’t wear a bra with it as the nude slip has an almost bra like shape built into it. And I wore high waisted pants that sat below the V at the back. The dress has a wrist tie so you can hold up the train, and I also had 3 loops built in at the back so I could tie the dress up for when it came time to dance, to save me holding it or it getting stood on. I’ve taken photos of these as they are so well hidden my bridesmaids spent 10 mins trying to find them! (When I fully inspected the dress inch by inch, there are a couple of tiny grass stains on the very bottom of the dress that you really have to search for, hence why I’ve dropped the price of the dress. I have pictures of these, so happy to send them to anyone considering buying this dress. You’ll see how tiny they are. The rest of the dress is in great condition.)
I received so many comments about how stunning the dress was, and although that’s a given when you’re a bride, I truly felt the dress deserved it. Even all my male friends commented on the dress - it’s a winner.
