Absolutely stunning Randy Fenoli gown worn once. I felt like a mermaid in this dress, it fit stunningly and moved like a dream. There is a built in bra-like closure for the top, so it fits very well and I never felt like I had to pull up the dress or adjust. I am 5'10 and wore flats and the dress at floor length.
