This dress was reconstituted with a Grace Kelly style in mind.
Dress looked heavy but was very light.
Only disappointment was that I did not decide to line the upper neck and had to keep fixing it throughout the day.
Alterations
Built up the top of the dress and added sleeves. Other alterations included and shortening of the dress .
