From the designer's site: The Arielle gown is for our relaxed, romantic brides, those who want to feel the luxury of silk against their skin, in an undemanding, modern style gown.
The top drapes elegantly into a low V neckline, which crosses over slightly at the centre front, with a deep V back also. The Arielle skirt falls beautifully from the lower hip, with a centre front split and a modern trim detail in the centre front of the skirt. There is a skin colour silk backing the trim so that it remains modest.
The Arielle is made from a luxurious bridal quality 100% silk faille, with a 100% silk satin lining. Silk is a natural fibre, besides its beautiful ability to drape and its natural lustre, silk is also comfortable to wear in warm weather due to its absorbent nature. Another property of silk is its low conductivity, so that in cooler weather it keeps warm air close to the skin.

I ordered this dress custom made from Prea herself. I chose to not get it with the slit in the dress but everything else is designed as she originally intended. Perfect for a sleek modern bride!
I unfortunately was unable to wear this to my wedding as the weather was unexpectedly frigid in Austin, TX for an outdoor wedding. I had an alternate just in case that I ended up wearing. I would love to see it get worn one day...

- I had Prea make the dress a bit larger just to be safe
- The dress was shortened to fall at the floor
- I'm 5'7" and had planned on wearing 2.5" heels
- A french bustle was created
- The straps were lengthened to fit my longer torso and hit at my natural waist
