Effervescent dress by a private wedding boutique shop in Texas. It has a sturdy bra system inside with eight hook rows with three spacing options to allow for security but room to breathe. This dress is made for someone who likes to swish, who wants to look like a dream, and who's always wished to wear a thousand layers of tulle. I couldn't stop smiling on my big day - I loved this dress (and the man I got to marry while wearing it)! We're moving and have to downsize, and I believe that this gorgeous piece could make you just as happy as it made me. I still have the belt, as well, if it suites your personality.
