Alison Davis is a Sydney based couture wedding designer. This gown has been designed and made by hand in their Sydney studio.
The gown is made of three pieces – the bodice with beautiful hand-done embellishment, the silk skirt and the tulle overlay. I loved feeling as though I had two dresses on my wedding day as you can remove the tulle overlay at the reception and dance the night away. You could even wear the bodice after your wedding - it would look stunning paired with some white trousers.
The gown is an absolute dream to wear and photographs beautifully as the sunlight shines through the tulle overlay allowing you to show off the silhouette of your figure beneath.
The dress has been dry cleaned by Blue and White dry cleaners in Neutral Bay for $680 who were recommended to me by Marry Me Bridal in Mosman where I bought the dress.
I am a size AU 8 and can provide measurements upon request. I am more than happy for you to come to my house in Newcastle to try the dress on in person.
