This dress is by Eddy K, sold by BHLDN. Never worn - loved the dress, and altered and eloped so did not need. It's immaculate and in original bags.
Only minor alterations were needed, including a hem, bustle, and taking up the straps a tad ($650 total). The chest area was also kind of pointy, so the seamstress fixed the seam and added cups to make it sit more naturally on my chest. (They are attached to the dress and easily removable without causing additional alterations).
The back detail... the shape... I could go on and on about why this dress is so amazing. I'm usually a 8 in dresses, so this dress runs pretty true to size. It's a somewhat "stretchy material" in the back detail, so it has some flex. It zippers up and then has beautiful buttons that cover the zipper.

Bust- 34"
Natural waist- 28-29"
Low hip- 38-40"

This dress has been hemmed to my sizing. I am 5' 5.5" and wore ~2 inch heels with the dress.
