The Dress

With lace over a nude underlay and flowy organza, this dress would be perfect for a beach wedding. Thigh-high slit is visible in the photos where the lace parts. Dress is strapless except for an organza strap that can be worn on or off the shoulder. There's a corset/boning inside.

I purchased this used from Poshmark, but ended up going a completely different direction with my dress. Description from original seller: "Has a few stains on strappy material but you can’t see it unless you stop and pull the dress apart. There is a hole in one lace piece [pictured], once again, can’t really see it unless you’re looking for it and it’s fixable (all the lace is on the dress)." She wore it to a formal event and a wedding before that.

I also notice the organza isn't attached where I would expect it to be, so some probably detached at some point. If I were to wear this, I would get a seamstress to reattach those pieces, maybe refinish the organza edges, OR completely remove the organza and wear this as a strapless lace dress. This dress needs a steam and ideally dry cleaning.

Alterations

There's at least a few inches of fabric on the ground with heels that put me at 5'6.75", so I think this is pretty safe for anyone under 5'6" with heels, or up to 5'9" with flats or lower heels. There's room in the chest and waist for me (34.5" and 27"), but the hips feel good (37.5").
