Wtoo by Watters Montgomery! Amazing dress. The minute I put it on I knew it was the one. Ultimate ball gown. Looks so elegant and beautiful on. The flower embroidery all over the dress is absolutely gorgeous in person! Tons of bounce while walking. Never been worn. Excellent condition.
Alterations
Two alterations. Got it hemmed. I am 5’3 and with my heels I was 5”5. Got the shoulders taken in a tad. Three small hidden hooks in the back to bustle.
