This gorgeous dress was purchased in 2018 for $2350. It has a crystal/diamante belt that is attached. I can include the hoop I purchased if you wanted. It stopped me treading on the front of the dress as I walked.
Alterations
The alterations included pulling in the illusion at the top of the back of the dress as it was a little loose, adding in a bustle and pulling up the hem so that I didn't step on it. I did wear heels with this.
