Alterations are a slightly shortened train (seen in 3rd photo) and two beautiful bustle options added (a button in back so the train drapes on the outside and one where it tucks underneath, as pictured in last photo). Very minor (and unnoticeable) pilling on the bottom hem, you can remove with a pill shaver.
