The Dress

Bought new and worn for my wedding afternoon in May. No marks, pristine condition, dry cleaned. The fabric is absolutely beautiful!
With a unique mix of plain crepe and graphic chevron lace, Presley is designed for our modern, bohemian brides who are looking for a refined aesthetic with an edge. Clean lines are balanced with a full circle skirt to bring the drama. Fitted bodice with side cut outs and edging trim showcase the smallest part of the body. Full skirt and train balance gathered blouson sleeves.

Alterations

- Modesty mesh inserted in V infront of bust (mesh matches the same fabric on the side). Photo 4 shows the detail.
- Extra bust cups were sewn in on top of existing cups, gives much more stability- I’m an F cup. They can easily be removed if not needed.
- Waist taken in
- Hem altered to floor length
- Extra wrist loops sewn under train to make it easier to carry for evening.
- hook and eye and stronger press stud added to the back of the dress at the top, no chance of it popping open.
- I had the rope in the end of the sleeves replaced with elastic band. The rope looked cheap.
