The Dress

Beautiful Charlie Brear Anisa dress and matching sash. It's made from matte lux crepe with wonderful tulle tie straps that can be styled any way.

It was originally a 10 and a lot longer so I had it altered to fit me (small bust and waist but bigger on the hips/bum). I'm 162cm and wore 9cm heels on the day.

The straps were gorgeous, they acted as a veil and cascaded down. I chose to style them different to the model and did the bows at the back. It was a tiny bit windy on the day so they blew gently and looked so lovely in the photos.

I tied the sash in a kimono style knot at the front which I think finished the look off wonderfully. I had a few alteration fittings and each time I experimented with how I wanted it to be - it also looked great tied at the back or folded over to make a smaller belt (pics attached). I'd like to sell them together ideally.

Please note: a very minor mark at the bottom of the dress, a little bit will need rehemming it's come slightly loose(about an inch in length) but if you get it turned up then that's no problem and the tulle straps could probably do with adding a little stitch to make them more secure as they are very delicate.

The dress has been dry cleaned professionally. Happy to send more photos and comes from a smoke and a pet free home. I hope it makes someone else as happy as I was wearing it!

Alterations

Taken in on the sides, zip moved, taken up quite a bit. Probably about 5 inches up.
