I had just given birth to my daughter 6 weeks prior, even though I had lost quite a bit of weight post pregnancy I was still very conscious of my waistline. The way the dress was made, the waistline looked like and felt corset-like. It was very comfortable and I wore it the whole evening.
I had a crinoline (slip)made to give the dress a fuller look. I also had a veil made which comes with a hair-comb attachment.
The embroidered detail was stunning too which just added so much to the dress, there are a couple of parts on the some of the embroidery that have missing beads, but very minor and could be mended easily.
