Leah S Designs, Rosebud

Beautiful Leah S Designs ‘Rosebud’ dress. This was only the second dress I tried on and I knew as soon as it put it on that it was the one! I cancelled all my other appointments! This dress made me feel so stunning and it was so comfortable.

It is fitted to the mid thigh, then flares out beautifully.
It is a unique stretch satin ivory underlay with white illusion lace over the top with floral lace appliqués. It has delicate silver beading along the V-neckline and across the top of the back. The back was my favourite part! It is a high back, but it is entirely sheer lace all the way down to the lower back. It also has a beautiful button closure which I adored. It has a small train with scalloped lace detailing along the edge.

The dress has been dry-cleaned, though the inside of the underlay at the bottom does have some discolouration. A large portion of my wedding was outside so the dress saw a little bit of mud unfortunately. The good news is the discolouration cannot be seen when the dress is on!

My wedding was a few years ago, so I was a bit slimmer then than I am now. The material does have a bit of stretch and I would say is suitable for anyone size 8-10.

The only alteration the dress has was adding a bustle loop.
