J'aton, Anthony Pittorino label

A timeless early piece created by Anthony Pittorino, on the cusp of launching J’aton with Jacob Luppino. Anthony’s passion for skilled handwork and attention to detail is evident in this bridal gown. The gown was designed and crafted in his mother’s living room in Ascot Vale, often with Jacob there as well sharing his thoughts. The gown involved countless hours of handwork and devotion by Anthony – I was very fortunate that our paths crossed in that moment in time.

Anthony sourced the finest quality fabrics of Ivory Silk and Guipure Lace with highlights of gold thread embroidery and, of course, blessed with an array of sartorial Italian women committed to their artistry.

Inspired by Victorian style and grace, the gown is perfect for a bride who loves vintage pieces or for a bride who loves to mix both worlds of modern and classical style that transcends time – a timeless cross between the elegant gowns of Grace Kelly and Kate Middleton - not to mention, a collectable piece.

The gown was designed with a detachable full length skirt and 2 metre train, with the appealing option to replace the formal wedding dress with an elegant shorter skirt for the evening reception.
