The Dress

I fell in love with my Katie May designer gown and it's time for another bride to love it just as much. This stunning dress is in near perfect condition. I bought it brand new, wore it once, had it cleaned immediately and it has been properly stored since. The Barcelona gown features a cowl neckline, a bias cut skirt, 65" train, it's handmade and lined, has French Chantilly lace trim and is made of heavy stretch chiffon. It has Katie May's signature low back, has a French bussle button added, tiny eyelets on the straps for the perfecly placed back necklace (included). I tried on a medium when shopping, purchased a large to ensure I could alter it however after losing a few pounds I easily could have purchased the medium and still had room to take it in. I am just shy of 5'8" tall and was about 150 pounds at the wedding with a fairly athletic build. Bust 36", waist 29" and hips 39". I wore it barefoot on the beach and with heels for the reception. I had the dress dry cleaned immediately with professional dry cleaner specializing in wedding dresses. Kept in garmet bag since with 'bust' to ensure there's no wrinkling.

Alterations

Dress was taken in at the seam all the way down. It had a French bustle added to the train, eyelet hooks placed on the straps for the back necklace and hemmed for length.
