The Dress

This is truely the most magical dress and I can't wait for someone to feel as incredible as I did in it! The Alena Leena Mimosa is made from a spotted silk jacquard which looks and feels amazing. I loved the flattering cut, but I think my favourite detail of the dress was the pockets.

I had put on some weight pre wedding (thanks Covid) so there was a modified back which allowed a slightly corset back for comfort. I sent photos to The Veil Collective where I bought the dress and the owner said she preferred it this way, as did I! I truely felt incredible from every angle. I also added padded cups (D size) which can be easily removed.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned with the hem cleaned up as well. There are some minor marks which I believe are barely noticeable. Feel free to message and I can pass on further photos.

Alterations

The back has been altered with a bow for comfort and padded cups have been added. There has also been some very slight darts added into the bodice/ back to make it sit better, but these could easily be unpicked. The hem has been altered to suit my height.
