The Dress
Slip dress with freshwater pearl straps. Made with a beautiful crepe material.
Alterations
This was a floor length gown that I had professionally altered to ankle length for my rehearsal dinner look. There's a slight flare in the back. I am fairly tall, so this still might be floor length for some brides. The new length measures 55” the top of the strap to bottom hem, and 48” from the top of the fabric to the bottom hem. It’s about 2” longer in the back.
I wanted it to be loose fitting through the middle, but I do have wider hips and a smaller bust so the top fabric and straps were taken in slightly.
