Ballgown

Custom made wedding gown (off white) inspired by the Vera Wang dress worn by Kate Hudson in "Bride Wars" with a fitted lace bodice, 7 layer tulle skirt and 2 foot train.

The gown's fitted bodice has an exaggerated basque waistline which is rounded at center front and a traditional point at center back . It features a v neckline in front and back and is covered with two layers of French Chantilly Lace. The fitted lace sleeves are elbow length.

Skirt consists of over 100 yards of tulle over a skirt made of matte satin, lined with taffeta which encases a layer of netting, eliminating the need for an additional petticoat. Several lace motifs are sprinkled over the train on the top two tulle layers and on the satin underskirt.

Center back has a zipper with lace covered buttons and elastic button-loops.

Gray velvet one inch ribbon belt with simple bow and hook closure. Bow streamers are 38" long.

Veil is 88" long with lace motifs scattered at the train end. The tulle is tightly shirred with a button and loop at each end of the crown which can be attached to a comb or clips.

Note: Bust measurement is 1" below armhole, Waist measurement is 15.5" below top of shoulder, and Hip measurement is 6" below waist (end of fitted bodice). Price adjusted for small tear on edge of veil.
