This dress is BRAND new with no alterations. I purchased it and then decided to go with a different style dress for my wedding. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this dress I just simply changed my mind. I wore it for the video otherwise it has never been worn and the tag is still on it. It has amazing detail from top to bottom. The fabric is tulle and it is embroidered with thread and beads and has Swarovski crystals sewn into the details as well.
