The Dress
This is a stunning dress that would be perfect for anyone who wants a wedding dress that's a little bit different from the traditional white or ivory gown. A rich nude silky fabric is overlaid with warm ivory lace in an eye-catching design. Subtle pearl beading shimmers at the waistline, emphasising your figure. The dress flows into a striking but manageable train. The dress feels lightweight and easy to walk in. No alterations have been made and it's in fabulous condition. I would say this is a true UK size 10 except for the shoulders, which are looser.
It was a shop sample that I bought on impulse for £1800 (it would be £2700 new) and I didn't end up wearing it in the end. I'm usually a high street size 12 and it's too tight for me in the waist and hips and too big in the shoulders. I was planning to have it altered until I stumbled on another dress that fit perfectly and felt much more 'me'. I hope this one will make another bride feel just as amazing!
