This dress is brand new, but altered! I ended up going with a different dress because this was ordered in the short version and I'm 5'2 and it could've worked but I wanted to wear heels. Would be good if you're 5 ft and want to wear heels or 5'2 with flats! Also had some sequins in the armpit removed for comfort, otherwise it's brand new!
