Essentially NEW Betsy & Adam "CARINA" off the shoulder ruffle dress.
This dress is perfect for a sleek bride or for a bridal shower, fancy bachelorette, or rehearsal dinner. It was worn only indoors for my rehearsal dinner and has no wear or tear and has been dry-cleaned immediately afterwards. The material is a thick scuba crepe and is fully lined.
