This overskirt completely transforms any dress. Soft tulle is embroidered with trailing leaves and finished with a Mikado waistband and covered-button fastening. I wore it over the Halfpenny Sulaman dress with alterations to the sleeves so it was a V neck style. I had planned on taking the skirt off for the evening celebration so I had two looks but I had so many compliments on it and felt so good wearing it that I ended up keeping it on until after the first dance.
