Mikaella Bridal 2295 - Stunning Crepe and Lace Wedding Gown with bustle. Spaghetti straps which look stunning across the low back.

Sheer Embroidered Tulle midriff with Guipure Lace appliqués and Crêpe bands at midriff and waist. Fit and flare Crêpe skirt.

I absolutely loved wearing this beautiful Mikaella dress! It was very flattering. I felt elegant and beautiful - it is timeless. The waistband lace detail was stunning and made this very unique to wear - I had so many lovely comments on the day.

Although it's fitted, the fabric has a little bit of give, which meant it was also great for dancing in!

Professionally cleaned by Amy's Laundry, Bristol. I spent £149 on the cleaning as Amy specialises in Bridal only - the results have been stunning, the dress is like new with no marks and smells like new - she's a wizard!

The condition is excellent - one small tack came away on the back of the waist band edging which would be very easily and quickly fixed.

Very happy to answer more questions re sizing if you have them, as I know it's a big decision and understand that buying online can be a bit daunting! It's an absolutely stunning gown and was the best dress to wear on my wedding day. I wore it in 32 degrees - it feels very good quality with the layers, so would be suitable for cooler temps too. It has a beautiful silky underskirt, which felt lovely and my legs were nice and cool in the heat. I absolutely loved it, but am keen for someone else to enjoy it now rather than it sit in a box unused.

Alterations

I used the Mikaella split sizing service - please see details of measurements and adjustments made below:
BUST:
Mikaella size 6 / UK size 10
Bust: 34 inches (I had this taken in as my bust is 32.5)
I also had the straps slightly shortened as they were super long initially
I had some cups sewn in - one of which has a tiny pull on the cup's fabric (inside/not visible)
WAIST:
My waist measured 27 inches in the dress (I had the waistline raised slightly as I found the bodice was quite long
My nape to waist measures 15.5, my underarm to waist measures 8.25)
SKIRT:
Mikaela size 8 / UK 12
Hips: 38 inches (I had the side seams let out as much as possible, when I wore the dress my hips were 39 inches
The seamstress told me that I could have had it a little tighter, but I preferred a slightly looser/gliding fit
Please note there is no side seam allowance left on the hips left due to letting it out as much as possible

I am 5ft 5.5 inches and wore 3.25 inch heels
