I am a dress size 14, pant size 12, bra size 38DDD. This dress was made as wedding dress size 20. I am 5'1" and was wearing 3" heels, and it was still a little long. The bodice was altered to add custom beading (its a mesh top and I have large boobs - we covered them very well). The pads were also moved down 3 inches for the same reason. The bottom is 3 layers of lace. Beautiful dress, it was perfect for my beach wedding.
