This is a Berta classic from the Miami collections 19-19. This dress was bought and never worn! Had to buy the floor sample for time restraint purposes. Never been altered and size 38 (Israeli sizing) translates to 0-2 US size. It does not come with the overskirt seen in the third photo. The dress has never been hemmed so it would be ideal for any height. Message me for more pics! Willing to negotiate price :)
