The Dress

I love this wedding dress because it is classy and timeless and also very flattering and forgiving!! I received compliments about this dress all night long and for weeks after my wedding! I do not have a completely flat stomach and this hid all signs of stomach pouch or a "donut" shape around my belly button that some of the more sheer, skin tight dresses left. The material is very high quality but not overly heavy. Dancing in this dress was really easy once the train was bustled!

It is a size 6 Rita Vinieris Alyne dress worn once and then dry cleaned and preserved by a professional cleaner. The dress was nitrogen preserved so I haven't opened the box since it was cleaned. I assume all signs of wear are gone and it looks like new (e.g. I didn't spill on the dress or see any flaws at the end of the night besides some signs of dirt on the undertrain from walking around), but just in case I listed the condition as "good, minor flaws or wear" and priced the dress accordingly.

Dress retail price was $3,700 with tax and tailoring was $800. I'm selling for $1,300 including the cost of shipping.

Alterations

The modifications to the dress include bra cups sewn in (that could easily be removed), a small amount of fabric was taken in at the bust along the sides (armpit area), and an under-bustle was put in to tuck the train under the dress for dancing (see bustled and unbustled images).
