This is a store sample and the condition is very good. There is a small tear in the lining. There are no tears or pulls on the outer fabric. The end of the train has some minor wear (hem dirt) from being worn in the store; this could be removed with dry cleaning, or the bottom 8 inches of the train could be removed. There are no other areas with dirt or stains.
