This Berta gown is a romantic dream and showstopper. The gown has a ballgown/A-line skirt, a stunning deep v cut, with large embellished bows made of tulle on the shoulders. The lace appliqués on the dress have a sheen to them and there is some sequins sewn into the skirt.
I have a very thin body and this dress was perfect giving me lots of shape for my big day. The dress has a built in body suit to help secure the fit. I selected this dress after visiting like 15 different designers looking for the perfect deep-v cut to flatter my leaner upper body.
While the dress looks big, the tulle is super lightweight giving the wearer the ability continue wearing all day and night if the bride chooses.
I wore this dress for our ceremony and reception until the dancing when I changed. I paid for professional cleaning in NYC (the dry cleaner cleans dresses from the Met Gala), so it is in mint condition and like new again.

Alterations
- The dress was altered by a Berta master seamstress
- We tailored for height so that it floated on the floor (I'm 5'4.5" and wore 3.5" heels)
- The bust was adjusted for my bust and to cup the breasts giving a fitted look (see measurements)
- The bows were made removable with buttons so that they keep their original shape
- The bustle has an American bustle in one spot with two buttons so that the floral lace on the train still shows in its full beauty if you want to continue wearing for your first dance and reception
- The rhinestone bow from the belt, but can be reattached and will be included with the dress
