Bought my dress from Sash + Bustle in Toronto. It is an off white, crepe material dress called 'Eunoia' by Aesling. It is size 12, fits more like a street size 6/8. Minimal alterations done, I did have the seamstress switch out the white mesh for a more light beige/skin-toned mesh colour. It was worn for the one evening and has been professionally cleaned.
