Classic. Stylish. Extravagant. A wonderful gown for your very special day. Semi sweetheart top is added with thick straps, creating this very rich looking style, deep open back in a boatline cut is very sexy. The bodice is quite dense, made in a style of twisted around fabric, tightly hugging your waist, yet very soft and comfortable against your skin. The top very glamorously transitions into the lush skirt, starting with a few creases around the waist, to add more luxe into your look. And we know, mikado always looks extra gorgeous. The train is very wide and long, for the most royal look. I am sure, if you wear this dress on your special day, there will be one more reason to always remember how beautiful it was.
Alterations:
I had the corset back lowered and under arm space increased as my wedding was abroad and did not want to feel too hot or restricted.

It is a heavy gown to physically carry ( not ideal transporting to Italy but I managed it!) once on it is so easy to walk in as it has layers of petticoat structure so it glides with you as you walk and feels effortless.

It took me ages to find such a statement , elegant and classical dress, and believe me I tried a lot of dresses! I had so many compliments and felt like a model from a vogue shoot on the day ☺️

This dress has been worn. It in a light ivory tone.

There is space for some adjustment at the waist as there is a low corset back with adjustable ties (see pic) to accommodate a slightly larger and smaller size to the measurements I’ve given. I am a 34C cup and uk 8- 10 .. so with the range of the corset ties I’d say the dress could most likely be tightened in to fit a UK size 8 or extended to fit someone who is little past a UK 10 dress size but would not accommodate a UK 12. Please do ask any questions!
