The Dress

This is a beautiful custom made gown by Luci di Bella from Armadale, Melbourne completed in February 2022. I had my heart set on several dresses before coming across this one on Stillwhite and ended up choosing this one for my ceremony. It was truly a joy to wear - simple enough that it felt like me but still unique, dramatic, and elegant enough for the occasion.

This is the description from the original owner:
"The dress is slightly off white and made of silk in an off the shoulder style, with an organza wrap around one arm which then wraps around into a stunning half bow at the back**. The bodice fits like a glove and holds everything in place to ensure you are super comfortable, while the skirt is fitted around the waist and hips and flows beautifully out into a long train. The skirt has a finger loop at the end to hold it while walking, and can also bustle at the back to make it easy to move on the dance floor."

**Note the first photo in this listing is of a very similar style and material from the Luci Di Bella website - included for the bow detail. I didn't get a great photo of it during my wedding day but it's flowy and the organza fabric catches the light in the most beautiful way.

The measurements of the original owner are "Bust: 82 cm; Waist: 67 cm; Hips: 93 cm"
My measurements at the time of the wedding were "Bust: 83 cm; 67 cm; 94 cm"
The dress was hemmed from a 183 cm height to ~170 cm or 5'7" (I'm 5"4" and wore 2.5 in heels). There appears to be some allowance in the hem so there may be some fabric that can be let out but I'm not 100% positive.

The gown has been spot cleaned and professionally steamed immediately after my wedding. It's in great condition with no noticeable stains or flaws when worn. However, I do want to point out my seamstress added several extra threads to keep the bow in place which have come loose during the cleaning process. These threads can be easily removed. There is also very minor discoloration along the bottom hem and a few tiny stains on the underside of the train where it touched the ground (depicted in last photo) but these aren't noticeable at all when worn and can likely be removed with a dry cleaning. The wear is very minor but I've reduced the price accordingly. The original price was listed as $5600; I purchased this gown in 2022 for $1960.
