The Dress

Lovely tea length dress from Forget-me-not designs. I believe it is the style 'Francesca' from the La dolce vita collection. Comes with detachable belt. I'm only 5ft 1 so the length on me is ankle length, however on someone taller it'd be true tea length and hit below knee/mid calf. I'm usually a size 10/12 and was told this is a size 14. Fits me fairly well overall (see my measurements). I can provide flat measurements if required.

The dress has a lace bodice with slightly off-shoulder cap sleeves. It is boned with buttons up the back. The lace extends part of the way down below hip height in a pretty scalloped effect and the top skirt is also trimmed in lace.

I bought this a few years ago second hand, I've never worn it except to try on once but the previous seller had it from new and wore it at her wedding, she had it dry cleaned afterwards. Has been stored in a dust bag so has been well protected. There are a couple of discoloration marks, some yellowing under the armpit and a mark on the front hem (see photos). Still plenty of life in it and with a bit of care would make a wonderful wedding dress.
