The Dress

This dress was made in 2023 for my March wedding. The boutique I ordered from is advising a 12 mth wait for &FL dresses at this stage! Most Auldyn second hands are the linen fabric, so this is a rare find.

The Auldyn is BEAUTIFUL. She's all shape, structure and beautiful draping which brings the classy - while being plenty of fun on the front and with the keyhole back. The puff sleeves are both a bit retro, very 'in' at the moment, and yet with the dress as a whole, won't date at all. The whole look felt stunning, a bit ethereal and yet relaxed.
This dress was SO comfortable to wear all day. I felt gorgeous, and didn't have to deal with corsets etc.

I've seen this dress look gorgeous on brides of all shapes and styles, so recommend looking through their instagram if you're curious about how it would look on you. I usually wear a 10, or sometimes 12 to accommodate bust. This is the exact same measurements as the sample in store (&FL 2), and fit comfortably. It could easily fit someone a size in either direction.

Alterations

Hemming to suit my height (168 cm and wearing a low/mid heel)
Addition of a bustle (can be seen in dancing photo - bustles under like a hem)
