This dress is a custom made dress via Winnie Couture. It is custom because I really liked the top of one of dress (HARIKA 3285) and the bottom of another. So they were able to put the two dresses together. The dress fits like a glove from the bust down to the knees, with beautiful sequin all over, then flares out into a beautiful, fluffy train that extends in the back.
