This is a brand new dress! It’s a Philippe Matthew dress. Size 10. Never worn. No alterations. Those are my measurements on the listing and the dress was just slightly large with a lot of extra length on the height. It’s A-line with a thigh slit, tulle bottom, and underneath is a beautiful satin lining. The mix of subtle beading and lace with the tulle feels so elegant and bridal.
