I initially tried on this dress in a size 12 and it was too small around the tummy. The size 14 was perfect for me, but the top would need to be altered. I would say it's more like a highstreet size 10-12. It's a traditional style dress with beautiful lace. As a sample dress, there are a few pulls in the lace, but the seller said these are usually just cut off and doesn't make any difference to the dress. They aren't very noticeable either. When I was sold the dress, there was also a bit of damage to the silk waist trim but the lady gave me one to replace it with as I wasn't keen on the flower anyway which is styled in the video.

I love this dress so much. I decided to change it only because we're having a more casual wedding, which this wouldn't suit. If you like the look of it and local, you are more than welcome to come and try it.
