This dress is the 2022 Charlie from designer Netta Benshabu. Sweetheart neckline, low back, in a fit and flare silhouette with beaded floral appliques, layered over glitter tulle.
I was able to speak to Netta and she created a custom variation of the dress for me. I altered the neck line and added a slit in the middle of the sweetheart neckline and i had her lower the back of the dress for an optimal wow.
