This dress is a Melissa Sweet design but with custom-made flutter sleeves. The belt is no longer attached. I felt absolutely beautiful in this dress, and it was so comfortable that I did not want to take it off. It's very lightweight, flowy, and gave the vintage feel I was going for. I think it would go with any season as well. I wore it in December! It fits like a true size 14. You are welcome to message and arrange a time to try it on if you are local!

Alterations
- It originally had cap sleeves, but I just did not feel comfortable in them
- The flutter sleeves made the dress, and I got so many compliments! The material is very easy to work with, so they can even be shortened if needed
- The only alterations made other than the sleeves were a hem in the front
- I am about 5'7" and wore flats
