It was very comfortable to wear and everyone thought it was really flattering. The dress just falls perfectly and the train was beautiful. I really felt like a princess and I know whoever buys it will feel the same.
I'd say the dress is in excellent condition for a 2nd hand dress. There are no obvious stains or marks on the dress unless you look closely to find them - at the back, bottom hem where the train touched the floor, but it is barely noticeable and may come out completely with a 2nd dry clean. If you look closely at the front of the dress, there is a tiny (less than a mm), very light pink/red mark, which is likely from make up. But again you need to look for it up close to see it. I just don't want to say it is in perfect condition when it is worn and if you look hard enough obviously you will see the imperfections.

Alterations

The dress was fitted to my own measurements perfectly - bust 103cm, waist 86cm, height 160 cm (with shoes on 168cm)
Deep V cut at the front was sewn up slightly to make the V less deep
A loop was added to a button halfway down the train so the train could be lifted and secured to make movement easier (when dancing)
The pockets were removed from the dress
