The discontinued Watters Hymn is a silk georgette gown with high neckline, low, sheer back highlighted by covered buttons, and short train. very light and easy to move.
I am 5'8" and wore this with completely flat shoes
Bustle should be fixed, my tailor did not do a great job but it should be easily removable. Series of small clear buttons and elastic loops

- Taken in a bit at chest/armpit area and clear buttons were sewn on for bustle - should be easy to remove
