I bought this dress at the end of last year before my wedding got canceled, it’s brand new with all the tags on it and there’s no alterations. It’s an a-line style dress but it can also be turned into a ball gown with a petticoat. The off the shoulder sleeves are detachable and without them it becomes strapless.
