The sleeves are seperate, however I wore them all night as love them as part of the dress... I also suit wearing sleeves rather than having my shoulders out. But the dress is beautiful with or without the sleeves. I just felt AMAZING in the dress all day, I've never had as many compliments and I am soo very sad I won't wear it again! I hope it goes to a good home!
