This dress is clean and in very good condition.
The size is changeable with an internal extension piece.
I was a 12 at the time with the extension, but i am now a small 10 and it fits without the extension piece.
I had some of the undernetting removed so it wouldn't be quite so puffy. This can be replaced by a seamstress.
