Show stopper A-line dress from Estee Couture Milly gown, purchased at Wedding Atelier in NYC. Corset inspired bodice, large hand-sewn floral appliques, deep V, lining is nude, cups included. 3-point bustle is added.
Alterations from the original design include: removed the off-the-shoulder straps in favor of thin spaghetti straps (which I tucked in,) added additional floral appliques to the bodice, made the back slightly lower-back (see pics).
Such a beautiful dress, as soon as I tried it on I knew it was something special!
As for sizing, I am typically a size 2-4 in dresses, wear size 26 jeans, size S tops. I'm 5'4" wearing this dress with 2" heels.
Samples of the dress to try on are available in NYC at both Wedding Atelier and Kleinfeld's; I tried on both versions and I liked the Wedding Atelier version better.
