I am 5’3 and wore high heels. And it still could have been a tad shorter.
There is hooks for it to be bustled.
I also created a matching shawl with the beating of the dress from the bottom that matches perfectly I’ll include.
The hoop skirt is built into the dress and it could be took out if wanted I had my seamstress sew it into the dress.
