This dress was absolutely stunning. I got so many compliments! I was originally not looking at a strapless dress because I was afraid to be pulling it up all the time but didn't pull it up until i was dancing and jumping!
Comes with Made With Love Cuffs ($120) (did not wear but had elastic put in to help them stay up if came off button) and custom tulle off the shoulders cuff with button to keep them on which i did wear and you can see in the photos of me.
I had this dry cleaned and steamed. A little dirty inside the bottom but you would not be able to see it when wearing it.

I am 5'3 and wore 3 and 1/2 inch heels so it was taken up
Added the tulle cuff but it has a button so it's removable and you can't switch it with the cuff
5 Bustles in the back because it's heavy and I have a video of the seamstress showing how to bustle it
I was in between a US 4 and 6 and they had me go with a 6 to accommodate my butt so we took in the top half to fit more like the 4
